Comment/Description

"Transformation & Change Management" is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to navigate and lead through transformational processes within and beyond organizations. The course focuses on moral responsibility in the face of organizational change and how leaders and organizations can balance ethical decision-making with economic goals. Game theory, specifically the concept of social dilemmas, will serve as one tool for analyzing these challenges.

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Understand the concept of organizational transformation and its impact on various stakeholders.
- Analyze moral responsibilities in organizational and leadership roles during change processes.
- Apply game-theoretical approaches to social dilemmas within the context of organizations and leadership.
- Develop strategies to manage change effectively while integrating ethical and economic considerations.
