Comment/Description

In der Vorlesungen werden statistische Ansätze für Fragestellungen der molekularen Bioinformatik behandelt. Methodisch werden verschiedene stochastische Modelle wie z. B. Markov Modelle, Bayes Netze, Hidden Markov Modelle oder Gaußsche Mischmodelle behandelt und deren Anwendungen in der Bioinformatik diskutiert.
