Kommentar/Beschreibung

This seminar is designed primarily for students in the Master’s programme “Christianity in Global Transformations”, but it is open to anyone interested in exploring Christianity in its historical, theological, and cultural diversity.

The course addresses fundamental questions concerning the study of Christianity while also offering in-depth insights into Christianity in specific cultural and regional contexts. With the participation of invited guests and experts, we will explore, for example, African, Middle Eastern, and North American contexts.

By combining foundational questions with concrete case studies, the seminar invites participants to explore Christianity as a diverse and dynamic global phenomenon.
