Comment/Description

The aim of this course is to develop students' writing skills to an advanced level (C1). We will begin with a focus on paragraph structure and progress to the production of longer texts. Regular practice exercises will help develop controlled language usage skills with a focus on extending vocabulary range, syntactic structures, and overall text cohesion. Students will write three essays over the course of the semester. Regular attendance and participation is expected.
