Diversity in the classroom and, as a result, the need for differentiation and individualization of learning as a central teaching for teachers is a much discussed topic. In addition to fundamental questions such as "What is meant by diversity in teaching?", Different Theories, research and practical approaches to dealing with diversity in the classroom / school. In the seminar, various dimensions of diversity are highlighted, the focus of the seminar is on how to work with cultural diversity in the classroom. The aim of the seminar is, among other things, to convey a theoretical and empirically based understanding of culture, diversity and educational equity, to reflect on personal perspectives and to incorporate practice-oriented impulses.
The course is part of admission "Pädagogische Psychologie Modul 2: Unterrichten und Erziehen".
