  • Das Modul führt in die Grundstrukturen einer rechtsstaatlichen Ordnung unter Berücksichtigung der Unterschiede zwischen kontinentaleuropäischen und angloamerikanischen Rechtssystemen ein.
  • Kenntnis der logischen Grundbegriffe, Verständnis normativer Sinnzusammenhänge und wertorientierten Denkens, mit der Fähigkeit juristische Argumentationsfiguren beurteilen und selbst einsetzen zu können
  • Erlernen der englischen Fachterminologie, Training der englischen Sprache

  • Abgrenzung öffentliches Recht und Privatrecht, Staatsorganisation
  • Methoden der Auslegung, Argumentationslehren.
