Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Kompetenzziele	Die Studierenden erkennen die strategischen Aspekte des Managementbedarfs für eine organisationsweite Versorgung mit betrieblichen Informationen und erhalten einen Überblick über aktuelle Konzepte des betrieblichen Informationsmanagements. Basierend auf einem Vergleich mit dem anglo-amerikanischen Pendant Information Resource Management werden wirtschaftsinformatische Methoden für das Management der organisationsweiten Informations- und Kommunikationsfunktion vermittelt. Die Studierenden erlernen Methoden zur Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in betriebliche Informationssysteme, beispielsweise in eine Informationssystem-Architektur. Im Vordergrund stehen dabei Fragestellungen der Führungsaufgaben des Informationsmanagements, insbesondere der IT-Governance und der Querschnittsaufgaben im Informationsmanagement, wie z. B. Qualitäts-, Sicherheits-, Risiko- und Compliance-Management.
