| Skills to be acquired in this module | 1 Sie haben fundierte und aktuelle Fachkenntnisse von den Grundlagen der Personalwirtschaft und -entwicklung. 2 Sie verstehen die Personalentwicklung als einen der zentralen Ansatzpunkte in der Weiterentwicklung von Bildungseinrichtungen. 3 Sie kennen die grundlegenden Ansätze der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie und wissen, wie diese anzuwenden sind. 4 Sie kennen verschiedene Personalinformationssysteme und besitzen die Fähigkeit, mit diesen umzugehen und diese zielgerichtet einzusetzen. 5 Sie haben grundlegende, aber auch vertiefende Kenntnisse im Bereich der Eignungs- und Organisationsdiagnostik und sind sicher im Umgang mit dazugehörigen Instrumenten. |
