Lernziele:
- Erwerb von molekularbiologischen Grundlagen und biotechnologischen Anwendungen in Pflanzen
- Erlernen molekularer Analysemethoden, experimenteller Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation
Inhalte:
- Pflanzen biotechnologische Methoden → Mutationsanalyse, Sequenzierung, genetisch veränderte Organismen (GVO), Genome Editing, Genexpressionsanalyse, Gewebekulturen und interaktionsanalyse
- Praktische Anwendung der Methoden in unterschiedlichen Pflanzenarten
- Auswertung und Interpretation der Methoden
