Wie kaum eine andere Persönlichkeit veränderte der erste römische Kaiser Augustus die Weltgeschichte. Das Seminar nimmt sein Werden vom warlord hin zum Staatsmann in den Blick. Hierbei soll das Arbeiten mit antiken Quellen intensiv geübt werden.
