Fähigkeit eigene Argumente theoriebasiert zu fundieren, eigene praktische Erfahrung darauf aufbauend zu hinterfragen und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Praxis zu entwickeln
Vertiefung von Vortragskompetenzen, indem theoriebasierte Konzepte zielgruppenadäquat präsentiert und eine Diskussion geleitet werden
