  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse zu fachgemäßen Arbeitsweisen, insbesondere zum Prinzip der experimentellen Methode
  • Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von Untersuchungen und Experimenten mit den biologischen Objekten, Geräten und Chemikalien, die für den Einsatz an Schulen geeignet sind
  • Bedeutung und Eignung der Untersuchungen und Experimente in der Schulpraxis
  • Einordnung der Experimente in bestimmte Unterrichtseinheiten und deren didaktische Begründung
  • Kompetenzorientierung im Biologieunterricht, besonders Kompetenzbereich Erkenntnisgewinnung

  • Erkenntnistheoretische Grundlagen und Methodik des Experimentierens
  • Empirische Befunde zum Experimentieren im Biologieunterricht
  • Auswahl geeigneter Experimente-Lehrplanbezug, Lernziele, didaktische Begründung und Bewertung
  • Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung der Experimente durch die Studierenden
  • Übung fachgemäßer Arbeitsweisen, z. B. Mikroskopieren, Bestimmen
  • Tier- und Pflanzenhaltung in der Schule
