Skills to be acquired in this module	Einen komplexeren Rechtsstreit unter Zeitdruck in seine materiellrechtlichen und verfahrensmäßigen Aspekte in Arbeitsgruppen selbständig bearbeiten können Rechtsstandpunkte in Rechtsschriften und Plädoyers überzeugend vertreten können Ablauf eines Prozesses unmittelbar miterleben sowie rhetorische Fähigkeiten und anwaltliches Auftreten vor (Schieds-) Gerichten
