Skills to be acquired in this module	Erwerb von Wissen über theoretische Lösungsansätze auf den Gebieten der Ökologie und Geobotanik und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Lösungsansätze systematisch zu vergleichen Erwerb der Fähigkeit, auf zentralen Gebieten der Ökologie und Geobotanik die grundsätzlichen Probleme zu identifizieren Erwerb der Fähigkeit, ökologische Experimente und Daten zu analysieren und in die wissenschaftliche Diskussion einzuordnen Erwerb der Fähigkeit, ein kleines ökologisches Projekt unter Anleitung zu bearbeiten Erwerb von Grundkenntnissen der Statistik und Erlernen einfacher statistischer Auswertungsverfahren
Module contents	Grundlagen der Statistik Überblick über die Grundlagen der Ökologie und Geobotanik Durchführung und Auswertung von Experimenten und Beobachtungsstudien vor dem Hintergrund der theoretischen Ansätze.

Reference text	Das abgeschlossene Modul "Grundlagen der Zoologie" bzw. "Evolution und Biodiversität (BSc)" ist Teilnahmevoraussetzung für das Praktikum Tierökologie. Das abgeschlossene Modul "Systematische Botanik und Biodiversität" ist Teilnahmevoraussetzung für das Praktikum Pflanzenökologie. Für die Teilnahme an der Klausur müssen beide Module ("Systematische Botanik und Biodiversität" und "Grundlagen der Zoologie" bzw. "Evolution und Biodiversität (BSc)") abgeschlossen sein.
