Die Studierenden ...
verstehen die Bedeutung von Theorie und deren Entwicklung im Kontext der Organisationsforschung,
analysieren und kennen die grundlegenden Elemente ausgewählter Theorien,
diskutieren die Bedeutung ausgewählter Organisationstheorien für die empirische Organisationsforschung und reflektieren kritisch über deren Anwendbarkeit in der organisationalen Entscheidungsfindung als auch in sozialen Interaktionen im Unternehmen,
lernen ihre eigenen Argumente theoriebasiert zu fundieren, ihre eigene praktische Erfahrung darauf aufbauend zu hinterfragen und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Praxis zu entwickeln,
vertiefen ihre Sozialkompetenz, in dem sie theoriebasierte Konzepte zielgruppenadäquat präsentieren und zur Diskussion stellen.
