Module contents	Bedeutung und Geschichte der Mikrobiologie Morphologie und Cytologie von Prokaryoten Interaktion mit der Umwelt: Transportprozesse, Signaltransduktion, Chemotaxis Bedeutung der Mikroorganismen für globale Zyklen von Kohlenstoff, Stickstoff, Schwefel und Metallen Informationsfluss und Regulation Wachstum und Zelldifferenzierung bei Prokaryoten Bedeutung für den Menschen: Biotechnologie und pathogene Mikroorganismen Molekularbiologische Techniken für die Isolierung und den Nachweis von DNA und Proteinen und ein komplettes Klonierungsexperiment
