| Skills to be acquired in this module | Die Studierenden werden in die Lage versetzt, investitionsrechtliche Zusammenhänge richtig zu erfassen und einzuordnen. Sie schärfen ihr Verständnis für ökonomische Globalisierungsprozesse und das Zusammenspiel internationaler, europäischer und nationaler Regelungen. Die Studierenden erwerben die Fähigkeit, Sachverhalte des Investitionsschutzrechts unter die jeweiligen Problemkreise einzuordnen und Fälle zu lösen. |
