- Faltung und Stabiltät von Proteinen
- Prolinisomerisierung
- Protein-Protein Wechselwirkungen/Bindungsgleichgewichte
- Diffusion von Proteinen in komplexen Lösungen (Crowding)
- Konformationsdynamik von Proteinen

Methoden:
- Spektroskopie: CD, Fluoreszenz
- Kinetik: Stopped-Flow
- Analytische Ultrazentrifugation
- Dynamische Lichtstreuung
- Fluoreszenzkorrelationspektroscopie (FCS)
- Einzelmolekülfluoreszenzspektroskopie (FRET)
