Comment/Description

Der Hauptgegenstand des Seminars sind die vielfältigen institutionellen Formen der Kooperation, mit Schwerpunkt auf Genossenschaften und Nonprofit-Organisationen. Thematisch umfasst das Seminar institutionenökonomische Grundbegriffe und theoretische Erklärungen dieser Institutionen, neue Theorieentwicklungen, sowie die Analyse von Beispielen aus der Praxis. Das Seminar wird gegen Ende des Semesters als Blockseminar angeboten. Die zu bewertenden Seminarleistungen sind eine Hausarbeit (Abgabe zehn Tage vor dem Seminartermin) und ein Kurzvortrag der Seminararbeit.
