Kommentar/Beschreibung

This module gives an insightful introduction to the structure and practice of law in the Anglo-American common law legal systems. Focusing primarily on the British common law system, this module will explore the distinguishing features of common law legal systems vis-à-vis the civil law legal system, aspects of British constitutional and administrative law, as well as fundamental aspects of the common law legal system in actual practice. An excellent initial foray into the world of common law, this is an essential module for students seeking an awareness of the workings of law in the UK, USA and Commonwealth jurisdictions.

Mit Erfolg teilgenommen und damit zugleich die Voraussetzungen für die erfolgreiche Teilnahme an einer fremdsprachigen rechtswissenschaftlichen Veranstaltung i.S.v. §§ 9 IV JAProVO LSA, 9 III SPO erfüllt. Der Leistungsnachweis gilt auch als Grundlagenschein nach § 5 Abs. 3 lit d) ZwPO. Der Leistungsnachweis kann nur einmal geltend gemacht werden
