Kommentar/Beschreibung

In this course we will read the novel "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini, which begins with the story of two young boys in 1970s Afghanistan and an event that shatters their lives. It is the tale of loyalty, betrayal and redemption.
We will use the novel primarily as a basis for vocabulary extension but also for discussion of topics related to the content.
Participants are not expected to have read the novel before the course begins.
