Learning goals:
- Acquisition of subject-specific competences on the ability to perform the analysis of chromatin regulation

Contents:
• Basic knowledge of chromatin regulation
• Introduction of methods for chromatin analysis
• Detecting histone proteins by western-blot
• Histone chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
• Evaluating protein-DNA interaction by ChIP-qPCR
