Am Ende der Vorlesung wird eine Klausur angeboten (voraussichtlicher Prüfungstermin ist der 01. Februar 2012). Mit Besuch der Vorlesung und Bestehen der Klausur weisen Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft die für die Zulassung zu den das Studium abschließenden Prüfungen notwendige fachspezifische Fremdsprachenkompetenz nach, § 9 Abs. 4 JAPrVO LSA und § 9 Abs. 3 SPO.
