n dem Seminar werden sowohl Techniken der Gesprächsführung als auch verschiedenen Modelle der Einzel- und Teamberatung geübt. Teilweise erfolgt ein Videofeedback. Da Trainigseinheiten nicht im 90-Minuten-Rhythmus durchfürbar sind, wird das Seminar in unregelmäßigen Abständen durchgeführt.
