Skills to be acquired in this module	Vertiefte Kenntnisse sozialer und politischer Zusammenhänge in arabischen Ländern in Vergangenheit und Gegenwart. Vertiefte Lesefähigkeit von arabischer historiographischer, politischer und gesellschaftsbezogener Literatur, so etwa von Chroniken, politischen Traktaten, moderner arabischer Presse.
Module contents	Darstellung sozialhistorischer und politikbezogener Entwicklungen in arabischen Ländern in Geschichte und Gegenwart Angeleitete Lektüre anspruchsvoller arabischer historiographischer, politischer und gesellschaftsbezogener Originaltexte. So etwa von Chroniken, politischen Traktaten, moderner arabischer Presse.
