Praktische Anwendung der Studieninhalte in Einrichtungen im In- oder Ausland mit Bezug zum Oriens Christianus in einem der folgenden Bereiche:
  • Wissenschaft (Universitäten, Forschungseinrichtungen, Forschungsprojekte, Spezialbibliotheken, Archive)
  • Religionskompetenz (Kirchliche Einrichtungen der christlich-orientalischen Religionsgemeinschaften im In- und Ausland)
  • Medien (Wissenschaftliche und Literaturverlage: Fachreferat, Lektorat, Übersetzungstätigkeit, Tagespresse, Rundfunk, Fernsehen)
  • Kultur-, Bildungs- oder Entwicklungspolitik (Orientalistische Spezialbuchhandlungen; Bibliotheken, Archive, Museen, Goethe-Institute, Entwicklungshilfe)
  • Auswärtige Politik (Internationale Organisationen, diplomatischer Dienst)
  • Kulturhistorismus (Reisebüros, Kulturreisen)
