Comment/Description

Das Qualifikationsstudium wird mit der Erlangung einer Bescheinigung, welche zur Bezeichnung als Mediator im Sinne des § 5 Abs. 1 Mediationsgesetz berechtigt, abgeschlossen und bietet die Möglichkeit nach der Zulassung zum Rechtsanwalt in Sachsen-Anhalt als Mediator tätig zu sein. Nach den Standards des Bundesverbandes Mediation stellt das Qualifikationsstudium eine Basisausbildung für die Tätigkeiten des Mediators dar, die für eine weitere Fortbildung anrechenbar sind.
Zudem ist es möglich, während der Ausbildung eine Schlüsselqualifikation und einen Seminarschein zu erwerben.

Die Verteilung der Plätze erfolgt am 01.11.2024 um 10.00 Uhr automatisch per Zufallsprinzip durch das Stud.IP.

  • The following conditions must be met for enrolment:
    Subject is Rechtswissenschaft and Semester of study at least 3
