This seminar is open to all students nearing the completion of their studies as well as to PhD candidates. Whether you are just beginning to develop a thesis project or are already at work on your B.A., M.A., Magister, Diplom, or state exam thesis or dissertation, this course gives you the opportunity to discuss your specific area of research as well as to hone your research and writing skills.
The class will be organized in workshop fashion and tailored to the research questions and pragmatic concerns of the participants. Please come to the first meeting prepared to discuss your needs and preferences: would you like to analyze seminal critical texts, present your writing project, review research strategies, or practice writing skills?
