Comment/Description

The aim of the seminar is to provide teacher students with a more detailed and extensive knowledge of issues pertaining to American culture (literature, history, society etc.). The approach is a mixture of providing scholarly and theoretical input while at the same time keeping in mind possible fields of application in the English classroom. The core of the seminar are two afternoon sessions with online lectures, discussions, and workshops together with teachers from across Germany.

- Vorbesprechungen á 90 Minuten
- Onlineveranstaltungen: 27.11. und 15.1., 15-20 Uhr
- selbstständige Erstellung von Unterrichtsmaterialien zu den
thematischen Schwerpunkten der Onlineworkshops
- Februar 2020: Präsentation und Erprobung der Unterrichtsmaterialien;
Feedback (2 Veranstaltungen à 135 Minuten)
