Comment/Description

This course introduces both Chinese language and non-Chinese language students to aspects of Chinese law through the use of lectures, videos, newspaper, web articles and stories. The course provides an overview of the basic institutions of legal system that is operating in Mainland China, and the fundamental concepts in the core areas of Chinese Law. The course takes an interdisciplinary approach, making it an introduction to students who are interested in Chinese law.
